THE EBS CLASSICLINE CABINETS. DEVELOPED FOR MUSICIANS WITH A LOVE OF THE CLASSIC SOUND AND LOOK. THIS VERSATILE RETRO-STYLED GEAR COMES WITH AN UNRIVALLED TONAL CLARITY AND POWER TO BLOW YOUR AUDIENCE AWAY.

Everyone deserves a great bass sound

The ClassicLine cabinets make the great EBS bass sound available to every bass player. The sound character reminds of the EBS ProLine cabinets, but with a warmer and rounder character that adds that vintage touch. The tolex covered cabinets and the cloth front creates a classic look as well.

Full range design

All cabinets are equipped with a 2” tweeter with a fader included in the cabinet for maximum sound control. The 112 uses an on/off switch to control the tweeter. The tweeter adds to the full-range sound.

Which ones are 4 and which ones are 8 ohms?

The ClassicLine 810, 410, and 212 are all 4-ohm cabinets.

The mini-size 112 and the 210 mid-sized cabinets are 8-ohm cabinets.

When you choose cabinet(s), make sure to check the minimum load your amp can handle. Two 4-ohm cabinets together create a 2-ohm load. Two 8-ohm cabinets make a 4-ohm total load, and so on.

Review from FUZZ Magazine, Sweden

“The Classic 810 speaker I´m starting to like 8×10 enclosures more and more. With a cone area this big, the impression is totally different from the sometimes farty midrange character of a 4×10. The fullness and sheer power of the 8×10 overshadow the compressed mids of a 4×10. Since the ten-inch drivers lack the deepest frequencies the low bass seldom gets boomy. The large overall speaker area compensates for this giving plenty of bass. Soundwise, this 8×10 is warmer and softer than the EBS Proline models. The tweeter adds bite when you need it. This can be varied using the knob at the back. If you like old-school sounds the tweeter can be turned down completely. The Classic enclosure is a little wider which makes it more fitting underneath big old tube heads. The weight of the cab is 14 kilos less than the Proline equivalent.”

Review from Bass Guitar, UK

“The amount of bottom end produced by these cabinets belies their nifty size…we were pleasantly surprised at the volume these speakers can handle”.”
